» Challenges

The challenge for Issue 5: Feast is called The Tastiest Thing In Your Suburb Challenge. Send in a 250-word review or description (or pictorial/sketch equivalent) of the tastiest thing in your suburb.

The idea is that we would like to map out Perth (or Australia, or the wooorld) using food.

» What to submit

› There is a limit of one entry per person (because there can only be one thing that’s tastiest).
› Submit your 250 words (or less) in a Word document. Submit any pictures/sketches in JPEG, PNG or TIFF format.

» Guidelines

Work must be previously unpublished and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The author’s or artist’s name must not be visible on the creative work as all entries are judged anonymously.

You may submit work to as many other categories as you wish (e.g. short stories, poetry, etc.), as long as you stay within the limits for each category.

While we can publish your work under pseudonyms, please include your real name on the form. The category limits (e.g. only two short stories per entrant) still apply even when using pseudonyms.

The submission deadline for Issue 5 is 5pm Monday, 26 July 2010.

Entries received after 5pm (West Australian Standard Time, GMT+8), 26 July 2010 will not be accepted.
