dot dot dash is morse code for you.The tech

Facebook Twitter Flickr RSS coming soon!

» What's all this, then?

Technical information about the website. Hidden because very few people care about this sort of piddling stuff (and rightly so!). Also, this is a sort of soapbox for those behind the code. Apologies in advance.

» Nearly XHTML 1.0 validated? That's no excuse!

Sorry.

» So where's the RSS?

Coming.

» What web browsers do you recommend using?

Firefox, without doubt. dotdotdash's browser of choice -- it's blazing fast, supports HTML 5 tags (even though they haven't been prime timed yet... the W3C don't even know what they're doing with 'em), and has lots of nifty features. Including "Extensions". If you're using Firefox, we recommend that you install "Adblock Plus", "DownThemAll!", and "NoScript", for a start.

Opera comes a close second. It's even faster, has even more nifty features (including an inbuilt email client, mouse gestures, the "Trash Can", and "Speed Dial").

These are free, too. If you're still using the browser that came installed on your computer (and you're using Windows...), please, please, at least try Firefox! Just for a day. You won't regret it.

Here are the ones we recommend you don't use:

Internet Explorer. These guys seem hell-bent on wrecking the internet. Standards? Interoperability? Pah! Who needs 'em.

Google Chrome. Seems all well and good while you're using it, and yeah, it's blazing fast and secure and all that jazz... but this browser discreetly sends the information that you type into it (Google searches, etc.) back to home base. It's keeping tabs on you. Like some terrible dictator.

Unfortunately, that is indeed it. If you have any more tech-related queries (or queries of any sort, really), click that "Contact" button to the left and up a bit, and send it our way. You should get a reply, and possibly a mention here. If that sort of thing tickles your fancy.
